I believe that any system which people may identify will have some measure of inherent integrity; and anyone who is able to identify this integrity at the same time as they are observing what the system is reacting to will be able to anticipate the system. This processes of identifying and anticipating is the central theme of my private interests and my most marketable skill.
I believe it is generally accepted that people are only selectively rational entities, and I believe this most human of traits has the remarkable ability of subtly integrating itself into our collective actions without any apparent logic or design. Because of this synergy my psychology background offers the unique advantage of being able to identify and communicate common fallacies that arise when individuals interface with collective activity. Given my entry level status, and the fact that I will need to learn the industry alongside any other business major, this perspective offers specific advantage to a manager who's team would benefit from a probing and articulate mind.
Additionally this practice of deconstructing phenomena until some inherent, self-referential, theme is achieved makes me particularly useful to managers who are working on creative driven or research projects, and on projects which must successfully navigate global cultural differences.
